These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and James Research Systems LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BlocJuris forensic blockchain intelligence platform, including all software, APIs, reports, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By purchasing any service, creating an account, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice to registered users. Continued use after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
A single-transaction, non-refundable purchase providing: automated chain detection for a single wallet address across all supported blockchain networks; complete transaction history retrieval and display; basic flagged entity detection against the BlocJuris known operator database; and a transaction summary. Does not include a SHA-256 certified court-ready forensic report, chain of custody documentation, behavioral pattern analysis, or AI-assisted narrative generation.
Authorized Use: Personal use only. A Basic Search license is issued to a single individual for a single wallet address investigation. It may not be used to generate deliverables for third-party clients, resold, or used in a professional practice context. Basic Search output is not certified for use as court evidence without upgrading to a Full Investigation.
A single-case, non-refundable purchase providing the complete end-to-end BlocJuris forensic package for one case: unlimited wallet address searches within the purchased case; SHA-256 cryptographic certification of all source documents at ingestion; full chain of custody audit log; multi-chain transaction tracing across all supported networks; behavioral pattern analysis; flagged entity detection with confidence scoring; AI-assisted forensic narrative generation; and a court-ready forensic report suitable for use in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
A "case" is defined as a single legal matter or investigation involving one primary plaintiff or subject. A Full Investigation license does not authorize use of the Platform to conduct investigations for multiple unrelated clients or matters. Each distinct legal matter requires a separate Full Investigation purchase or a Commercial Annual Subscription.
Authorized Use: Individual plaintiffs, pro se litigants, and individuals documenting personal financial losses. Full Investigation reports may be presented to attorneys, courts, arbitration panels, and regulatory bodies in connection with the purchaser's own legal matter. A Full Investigation license may NOT be used by attorneys, law firms, private investigators, forensic consultants, or any professional to generate reports for clients or as part of a commercial practice without a Commercial Annual Subscription.
An annual subscription license, auto-renewing on the anniversary of the purchase date, providing: unlimited cases and Full Investigation reports during the active subscription period; up to three (3) named user seats under a single organizational account; all features included in the Full Investigation tier; commercial use authorization permitting reports to be used in professional practice, client-facing litigation, regulatory submissions, and expert testimony contexts; priority support; and access to all new features released during the subscription term.
"Unlimited" Defined: "Unlimited" refers to unlimited usage of the Platform's features within the active subscription period. It does not constitute a perpetual license, a lifetime right of access, or any right to use the Platform after the subscription expires or is terminated. Upon expiration or termination of a Commercial Annual Subscription, all access to Platform features ceases and no refund is issued for the unused portion of the subscription term.
Fair Use: Automated, scripted, or programmatic use of the Platform that generates request volumes exceeding reasonable human investigation patterns is prohibited. James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts generating excessive automated requests, and such conduct constitutes a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy regardless of subscription tier.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: The Commercial Annual Subscription automatically renews for successive one-year terms at the then-current annual rate unless cancelled at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date by written notice to dustinjames@nextaitrust.com. James Research Systems LLC will provide written notice of any price change at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. If you do not cancel before the renewal date after receiving notice of a price change, you authorize the Company to charge the new rate.
Seat Policy: Each seat is assigned to a named individual user. Seats may not be shared, transferred to a new user more than twice per subscription year, or used to provide Platform access to individuals outside the purchasing organization. Additional seats beyond the included three (3) may be purchased at $750.00 per seat per year.
Commercial Authorization Warranty: By purchasing a Commercial Annual Subscription and using the Platform to investigate any wallet address or conduct any case, the subscribing organization and each named user individually represent and warrant that: (a) they have proper legal authority or client authorization to conduct the investigation; (b) the investigation is conducted for a lawful purpose; (c) the use of BlocJuris reports in any legal proceeding complies with all applicable rules of evidence, professional responsibility, and court procedure; and (d) they are authorized to practice in their professional capacity in the jurisdiction where the Platform output will be used. James Research Systems LLC is not responsible for unauthorized or improper investigations conducted through a Commercial Account.
One-time purchase prices (Basic Search and Full Investigation) are fixed at the time of purchase. Annual subscription pricing is subject to change upon thirty (30) days' written notice before any renewal date. James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to introduce new service tiers, modify existing tier features, or discontinue tiers upon reasonable notice.
BlocJuris is a forensic data analysis platform, not a law firm. Nothing in any report, output, analysis, summary, narrative, AI-generated interpretation, or communication from BlocJuris or James Research Systems LLC constitutes legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by use of this Platform under any circumstances.
BlocJuris reports are analytical documents intended to assist in understanding blockchain transaction data. The admissibility, weight, reliability, and legal sufficiency of any BlocJuris report in any legal proceeding is determined solely by applicable law and the presiding tribunal. James Research Systems LLC makes no representation that any report will be accepted by any court, arbitration panel, regulatory body, or other authority.
Users are responsible for independently verifying the completeness and accuracy of all Platform output before relying on it in any legal proceeding. Blockchain data is inherently dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying network. James Research Systems LLC does not warrant that all transactions associated with any wallet address will be discovered, correctly attributed, or current at the time of report generation.
The Company expressly disclaims liability for any adverse legal outcome, evidentiary ruling, or professional consequence arising from a User's reliance on BlocJuris output.
To access paid features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify James Research Systems LLC immediately at dustinjames@nextaitrust.com of any unauthorized account access. Accounts may not be shared. Each Commercial Subscription seat is assigned to a named individual.
All purchases are processed in United States dollars. One-time purchases (Basic Search and Full Investigation) are non-refundable upon payment. Commercial Annual Subscription fees are non-refundable except for billing errors. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact dustinjames@nextaitrust.com within thirty (30) days of the charge. Refunds for billing errors will be issued at the Company's discretion. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, unused cases, or dissatisfaction with report results.
Limited Remedy for Platform Failure: If the Platform fails to retrieve any transactions for a valid, properly formatted wallet address on a supported blockchain network due to a confirmed bug or system error, James Research Systems LLC will, at its sole discretion, either (i) resolve the issue and regenerate the report at no additional charge, or (ii) issue a full refund of the purchase price for that specific investigation. This limited remedy is the User's sole and exclusive remedy for Platform failure and does not apply to failures caused by third-party API outages, unsupported wallet formats, empty wallets with no transaction history, or User error.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If any payment fails, your access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You agree to use BlocJuris only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You expressly agree NOT to:
James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Policy, with or without notice, at the Company's sole discretion. No refund is issued upon termination for policy violation.
James Research Systems LLC collects and processes user data as described in the BlocJuris Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Case data — including wallet addresses, transaction records, uploaded documents, and generated reports — is stored in association with your account and is not shared with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the service, or with your express written consent.
Chain of Custody: BlocJuris generates SHA-256 cryptographic hashes of source documents at the time of ingestion. Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of their source documents prior to upload. The Company does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of source data provided by Users. The chain of custody log records all ingestion, processing, and report generation events but does not constitute an independent verification of the underlying data's accuracy.
Data Retention: Case data, transaction records, uploaded documents, and generated reports are retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account closure or termination, case data will be deleted within ninety (90) days, except that SHA-256 cryptographic hashes of previously generated reports may be retained indefinitely for the sole purpose of verifying the authenticity and integrity of reports already in circulation. You may request deletion of your case data at any time by contacting dustinjames@nextaitrust.com. Deletion requests will be processed within thirty (30) days, subject to any legal hold or regulatory retention obligations.
The BlocJuris platform, including its software, algorithms, forensic methodology, user interface, visual design, trademarks, and all Company-created content, is owned by James Research Systems LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of source data, wallet addresses, and documents you upload. You grant James Research Systems LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Platform's services to you. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage BlocJuris reports or underlying data as a standalone product, white-label service, or data feed to third parties without a separate written commercial agreement with James Research Systems LLC. Commercial Annual Subscription holders may share reports with their clients in the context of professional services but may not offer BlocJuris report generation as a standalone product for sale.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JAMES RESEARCH SYSTEMS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; AND WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY BLOCKCHAIN DATA, REPORT, OR ANALYSIS GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM.
Blockchain networks are operated by third parties outside the Company's control. James Research Systems LLC does not warrant the completeness of any blockchain dataset, the accuracy of any third-party API data source, or the continued availability of any supported blockchain network.
Third-Party API Dependencies: BlocJuris relies on third-party blockchain data APIs including but not limited to Blockchair, Etherscan, Polygonscan, BSCScan, TronGrid, Solana RPC, and XRPL. James Research Systems LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continuity of these third-party services. If a third-party API fails, changes its terms, or becomes unavailable, Platform functionality may be affected without liability to the Company.
API Rate Limits: The Platform may impose rate limits on API requests to ensure fair access and system stability. Current rate limits, if any, are described in the Platform documentation. James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to modify rate limits at any time without notice. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling and does not constitute a breach of this Agreement by the Company.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JAMES RESEARCH SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, ADVERSE LITIGATION OUTCOMES, ERRORS IN REPORTS, RELIANCE ON PLATFORM OUTPUT, OR LOSS OF DATA.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF JAMES RESEARCH SYSTEMS LLC TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD). THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless James Research Systems LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; (d) any misrepresentation of BlocJuris output as legal advice; (e) any investigation conducted without proper authorization; or (f) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT. Except as provided in Section 12.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, or for claims under $25,000, its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration shall be conducted on a documents-only basis or by videoconference unless the arbitrator requires an in-person hearing. The seat of arbitration shall be a neutral location agreed upon by the parties or, if not agreed, determined by the AAA. Proceedings shall be conducted in English. AAA filing fees for non-frivolous claims shall be paid by the Company.
ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST JAMES RESEARCH SYSTEMS LLC. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, or may bring claims in small claims court within that court's jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions of this Section 12.
James Research Systems LLC is committed to making BlocJuris accessible to users with disabilities, including legally blind users and users who rely on screen readers and assistive technologies. The Platform is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies. These Terms of Service and all Platform documentation are available in accessible formats. If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact dustinjames@nextaitrust.com and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an accommodation.
This Agreement is effective upon your first access to or purchase from the Platform and remains in effect until terminated. You may close your account at any time by contacting dustinjames@nextaitrust.com. James Research Systems LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, upon notice.
Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform immediately ceases; (b) no refund is issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription or purchase; (c) Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between you and James Research Systems LLC and supersede all prior agreements regarding the subject matter hereof.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Failure by James Research Systems LLC to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorized representative.
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent. James Research Systems LLC may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

If you are under 13, you may not use the Platform. If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, it will delete such information promptly. BlocJuris may be used to trace transactions on public blockchains, which may include transactions originating in sanctioned jurisdictions. Such tracing for lawful investigative purposes does not itself constitute a sanctions violation; however, Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable export control and sanctions obligations. James Research Systems LLC reserves the right to restrict Platform access from sanctioned jurisdictions at any time.
